Adjust the offset option to affect the logical size of the viewport. This will determine when the element is inside/outside of that area. The box below represents the adjusted bounds of the window using a 40% offset for both left and top. Scrolling the box out of this area will trigger the out event which will use the goto method to animate it back to the center.
